Create a barrier to turn Wykin Lane into a cyclist, walkers route and access only route. This will allow safe Non-motorised passage from Stoke Golding to Hinckley.
Please ensure double buggies and adult tricycles can pass through easily with a 90 cm gap in the barrier.
