[Image taken 4.1.22] Brewdog, Micklegate, York. The restaurant merits an extended popup seating area - in the road. Yet, CYC says there's no more room for bike racks ie car parking cannot be converted into onstreet cycle parking. Plus some of the existing cycle parking provision has been removed to make way for Tier hire scooters and hire cycles. Related image this issue today: #177267 and links.
