No cycling panels have been added to this 'pedestrian zone' in Castle Street, Hinckley. I don't know if they are legal, and its not clear from the signage here when they are in force.
Comparing with #10622 from 2007 I notice the missing Z & E from the word 'zone' has been restored, and that tags for attaching a new sign were present in the 2007 image.
There do not seem to be any 'repeater', circular no cycling signs down the street - just the semi-official panels with the words "No Cycling" backing onto the one-way street repeater signs.
